If you have to tackle something dont look at the whole thing at once, chop it up into smaller pieces and make it "Bite Size & Manageable"
IF you look at a whole day for example as an entirety to get thru it will seem impossible but if you chop it up into 1 hourly sections, it makes it seem more possible.
Put activities in like "lunch" or "Cooking" "Walking" "Retail therapy" etc. and plan around them.
And remember life is easier to manage in Smaller Chunks.
