In our lives we can try to bypass our fears by staying away from them as much as possible or by self medicating with pills, postions and alcohol but to truly conquer each fear we must step up to it, and take it on.
We must feel it, accept it and then it will dissipates. Uncomfortable feelings such as fear are a part of life, if we learn acceptance we will conquer fear, again it takes practice but well worth the effort.
We can only defeat something if we are willing to compete against it, and with a strong heart, a determined attitude, and an unbreakable will, there is nothing in this world we can't defeat if we give it our all.
So try it today and from now on.
Feel the fear and live in it and thru it, and it will pass and next time you will know that you can handle it.

Don't fear life, instead be grateful that you still have life and fears to overcome, we are a long time dead as they say and while we have breath in our bodies enjoy the fact that we can feel fear and overcome it.
